CSN 2019 SUBSCRIBER RENEWAL

Renewal with same seats for 2020 Season with bonus December production. Subscription includes:

Unnecessary Farce (Feb): 2 cops. 3 crooks.  8 doors.  Go. In a cheap motel room, an embezzling mayor is supposed to meet with his female accountant, while in the room next-door, two undercover cops wait to catch the meeting on videotape. But there's some confusion as to who's in which room, who's being videotaped, who's taken the money, who's hired a hit man, and why the accountant keeps taking off her clothes.

The Wild Women of Winedale (May): This joyful and exuberant comedy focuses on the Wild sisters of Winedale, Virginia—Fanny and Willa & Johnnie Faye. This feisty & fun-loving trio has supported and cheered one another on through life's ups and downs. And they really need each other now as Fanny faces her 60th birthday, Willa is so stressed out from her nursing job she resorts to vodka and speed-knitting & widowed Johnnie Faye, desperately tries to find a man. With equal doses of hilarity and heart, these extraordinary women come up with delightful & surprisingly unorthodox ways to move their lives forward.

The Cover of Life (Aug): Tood, Weetsie, &  Sybill are brides in rural Louisiana in 1943. Each married a Cliffert brother. The men are off to war and a local news story about these young wives keeping the home fires burning intrigues Henry Luce. Deciding they belong on the cover of Life Magazine he assigns Kate Miller to the story. Though she views doing a "women's piece" as a career set-back, she accepts because it’s her first cover story. Kate’s haughty urban attitude gives way to sympathy as she begins to understand them while coming face-to-face with her personal conflicts. Filled with charm and fun, The Cover of Life is a deeply affecting story about the struggle for self worth.

The Men of Mah Jongg (Oct): Sid Weinberg, a lonely, reclusive widower lives alone in his New York City apartment. Upon opening his mail one day, he discovers a DVD addressed to his deceased wife entitled How to Be a Champion At Mah Jongg. Seeing how his wife was an avid Mah Jongg player, he feels it is a sign from his dearly beloved and goes about trying to convince his three buddies that their hallowed Friday night game of poker be replaced with the female  game of Mah Jongg. It is then that the fireworks begin!

The Last Night of Ballyhoo (Dec): Atlanta, Georgia, in December of 1939. Gone with the Wind is having its world premiere, and Hitler is invading Poland, but Atlanta's elitist German Jews are much more concerned with who is going to Ballyhoo, the social event of the season. Especially concerned is the Freitag family. The family gets pulled apart & then mended together with plenty of comedy, romance, & revelations along the way.
